Proses Produksi / Pengolahan Kelapa Sawit

Untuk dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai proses produksi serta teknologi yang digunakan, kami akan diuraikan mengenai teknik pengolahan Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) sampai produk-produk turunannnya antara lain : Minyak Kelapa Sawit (CPO), Inti Kelapa sawit (Kernel) serta peralatan yang digunakan.

Proses pengolahan TBS menjadi CPO dan Kernel terdiri dari beberapa bagian yaitu sebagai berikut :

1. Penerimaan buah,

2. Rebusan (Sterilizer),

3. Pemipilan (Stripper)

4. Pencacahan (Digester),

5. Pengempaan (Presser),

6. Pemurnian (Clarifier),

7. Pemisahan Biji dan Kernel.
